It’s not the first time I come to this hotel, and for sure I will come back again, because it’s an amazing, cozy place with super friendly staff. The only thing that disappointed me was a long checkout because of the lady who was doing all extremely slowly. I recommend to improve professionalism of reception staff. The rest was perfect!

It was splendid. I like it a lot. Extraordinary and very comfortable. A little thing: why does it offer a sparkling water from abroad as there is such a large amount of Swiss sparkling water available.
